IH® was developed by Antonio Sangio and inspired by the teachings of Aurelio Mejia. It's a gentle but powerful approach that helps you process emotional wounds—often ones that continue to affect you long after the event.
**To heal, you must be willing to feel.** IH isn’t about bypassing pain — it’s about meeting it with courage so you can finally let it go.
During a session, you may revisit past or current life experiences that left an energetic or emotional mark. Together, we’ll:
- Confront the trauma
- Understand its impact
- Learn from it
- And release it
Sessions last 2 to 3 hours and begin with a gentle intake conversation. We’ll explore patterns from childhood through adulthood, and your subconscious will take the lead from there.
QHHT® was developed over 50 years by the legendary Dolores Cannon. It’s a deep hypnosis method where clients explore past, current, or even future lives.
This technique accesses a Theta state to receive healing and insight directly from your Higher Self. Dolores believed in keeping the process pure, so:
- QHHT sessions are always **in-person only**
- No other spiritual or metaphysical modalities are combined
These sessions last 3 to 4 hours and include time for an intuitive intake and your personal questions.
BQH® was created by Candace Craw-Goldman, a longtime student of Dolores Cannon. It’s similar to QHHT, but **more flexible**:
- Sessions can be conducted **online or in-person**
- Practitioners can tailor the session with other spiritual or intuitive tools
BQH honors the uniqueness of each client and allows the healing to be guided by your intention and your soul’s needs in the moment.
- What is my life purpose?
- What do I need to heal to move forward?
- Why do I have this illness, and how can I release it?
- What is the root of my relationship struggles?
- Should I make this move or career shift?
Even if your Higher Self doesn’t speak directly during your session, insight often comes through feelings, impressions, or inner knowing during or after the session.
True healing is self-healing. While miraculous shifts can happen in these sessions, I don’t make promises about curing physical conditions. My focus is on emotional release — which often clears the way for physical healing, too.
I’ve seen it happen, even in my own life. But ultimately, your subconscious chooses when and how healing takes place.

🧘 Preparing for Your Session
Plan for a quiet, low-key day afterward. Avoid scheduling anything stressful or social right after your session. Self-care like a walk, massage, or meditation is always encouraged.
Before your session: - Visit the Downloads section for prep tips - Try light trance or visualization practices under the Audio/Video tab - Explore guided meditations on YouTube to help your mind relax.
This is where it all begins. We’ll spend 45 minutes to 1.5 hours in a confidential conversation exploring your life experiences, including childhood, trauma, and emotional patterns. You’ll also create a list of key people in your life—this helps during the session if someone from a past life resembles someone in this life.
You'll open up freely, without judgment. I won’t record this part. It’s simply a foundation for the deeper work ahead
Hypnosis often works through visualization. This doesn’t mean “seeing” with your eyes — it's about imagination. If you’ve ever pictured a scene from a book or recalled what your kitchen looks like, you’ve visualized.
Try a few prompts to practice:
- Imagine someone handing you a mysterious box. What does it look and feel like? What’s inside?
- Picture a miniature horse at the end of your bed. What’s it doing? How did it get there?
If you can play with ideas like these, you can visualize — and you’re ready.
The session starts with a calming induction to guide you into a theta (trance) state. From there, your subconscious takes over.
You may visit:
- A past life
- A moment from your current life
- A future possibility
- Or multiple lives, depending on what’s most helpful
Your subconscious always knows what you’re ready for. I’ll ask questions based on what we discussed in the interview to guide your journey.
Toward the end of the session, I’ll gently insert supportive suggestions, such as:
“You will wake up feeling confident and clear about your path.”
“You’ll feel drawn to meditation instead of stress habits like alcohol.”
When the session ends, you may feel like you’ve had a short nap. That’s normal. We’ll talk through what happened, what you remember, and what stood out to me.
Healing takes time — even when it begins on a soul level. If you processed deep trauma, you may feel off for a few days. Be gentle with yourself.
You'll receive a recording of your session. Over the next few days, you may also get dreams, flashes of insight, or strong emotions. These are your subconscious continuing the work. Each time you listen back, you may uncover something new.
Many clients arrive after watching QHHT® or BQH® sessions online — often with high expectations of uncovering a famous past life or receiving dramatic metaphysical revelations.
While some clients do experience extraordinary moments, the vast majority uncover **ordinary yet deeply meaningful past lives** — filled with love, loss, learning, and growth. These lifetimes may not be headline-worthy, but they hold **exactly what your soul needs to heal and evolve**.
The power of these sessions lies in how they connect to your current challenges. Whether you're shown a quiet life as a farmer or a painful relationship dynamic, each piece helps you understand repeating patterns, release emotional weight, and move forward.
If you're drawn to Introspective Hypnosis®, you’ll find it’s more experiential. Rather than simply observing or being told what happened, **you feel and relive past events** to fully process them.
QHHT® and BQH® sessions tend to involve more passive observation, where the subconscious shows or explains what's needed. All paths are powerful — it simply depends on your soul’s needs and your comfort level with each approach.
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. For many, **one session is enough** to gain life-changing insight, shift old patterns, and reconnect with their purpose.
Others return for additional sessions when:
- They feel stuck again after some time
- New life issues or questions arise
- They want deeper clarity or missed something in the first session
You’re always welcome to return — future sessions are usually shorter since we already have your history. And because we’ll use your personal ‘keyword’ for induction, the process can flow even faster.
