As your practitioner, my job is to hold space while your subconscious leads the way. I’m simply here to ask the right questions to guide your process.
The word “hypnosis” often brings up misconceptions, thanks to media and pop culture. But in reality, hypnosis is a natural brain state you already experience every day — like when you're falling asleep, waking up, or “zoning out” while driving or daydreaming. That relaxed state is where the subconscious mind speaks most freely.
In a session, I guide you gently into this Theta brainwave state, where healing can begin at the deepest level. Your conscious (left brain) steps back, allowing your intuitive, creative (right brain) to take the lead. That’s where true insight lives.
You are always in control. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis — I can't force you into a trance, and I wouldn’t want to. The more open and curious you are, the deeper you’ll go, and the more meaningful your experience will be.
If you’re skeptical or resistant, that’s okay — just wait until you feel ready. Your willingness matters more than anything.
